Ordering and Delivery

1. Please be sure when you are placing your order, that the item is right for you. If you want any more information on any products please telephone or email and we can provide all the information you need to make the correct decision.

2. From placing your order to receiving your items, it can take 2 to 3 weeks to make. All our stock is handmade to order. If you need the item sooner then please call or specify this on the order page.

3. Please contact me at the point of making your order if you would like to change any of the details on your item, such as crystal colour, crystal size. Please note that there may be a price adjustment dependent on the customisation of the piece.

4. Please note that as each piece is handmade to order, there may be some slight variations from the photographs on this site. 

5. Unfortunately due to legal/insurance reasons we are unable to dispatch our products to the USA or Canada. 

Payment

1. As each piece is handmade to order, payment in full is required before your order will be processed.

2. I accept Paypal, or cheque, made payable to "YourTiaras". If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me before placing your order.

Returns

1. At YourTiaras, we want you to have your perfect tiara and accessories. Therefore, if you subsequently change your mind about your purchase, I can offer an exchange for any of my featured products at the same price.  In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty upon receipt, I will either repair the item or offer you a full refund or exchange for another item of the same value.

2. If you should need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. The item should be returned  within 7 days of the initial date you received the item.  

3 I cannot accept any liability for damage incurred to the returned item whilst in transit.
