From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).

Ordering and Delivery

1. Please be sure when you are placing your order that you have read the full description of the product and you are happy that it is the right product for you. We are happy to provide further pictures, information and advice on any of our  designs please just ask.

2. Each product we sell is handmade to your specification. Each product indicates a shipping time to give you a guide of the expected delivery date. We can often deliver most products earlier than stated. If you have a date that you require a product please specify this in the comments field when you place your order.

3. Please contact me at the point of making your order if you would like to change any of the details on your order.

4. Please note that as each piece is handmade to order, there may be some slight variations from the product shots shown.

5. Please contact me for reduced Postage if you are ordering multiple items.

6. Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch our products to the USA or Canada.

Payment

1. As each product is handmade to order we require full before your order will be processed and delivered.

2. We accept Paypal, major credit cards, or a cheque, made payable to "YourTiaras". If you would like to pay by cheque, please contact me before placing your order.

Returns

1. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles you to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them.

2. Items should be returned in their original packaging if possible and should be sent by Recorded Delivery. Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Alterations after Delivery

If after receiving your product you wish an alteration you will be liable for all delivery charges and there may be an additional charge for labour and materials.
